These terms apply to all apps published by coderipper (the developer identity of Joaquin Soza). By downloading or using a coderipper app, you agree to them.
01The apps are free, and provided “as is”
coderipper apps are offered free of charge for personal use. They are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
02Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, coderipper is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the apps — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You use the apps at your own risk.
03Safety — Speedometer
Speedometer is an informational aid only. Do not interact with your phone while driving. Always obey your vehicle’s own instruments, road signs, and local traffic law — they take priority over the app. GPS speed is an estimate and can be affected by signal quality, terrain, and device conditions. Never rely on it as your sole source of speed.
04Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
05Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
